An Order to provide for the enforcement of the EEC policy relative to agricultural pharmaceuticals. This Order shall apply (within the national territory) to the approval, putting on the market, the use and control of pesticides and fertilizers either as commercial products or as active chemical substances.

This Order enters into force as from 25 July 1993, excepting the rules of the second case of paragraph 1, article 10 of this Order which shall come into force as from 28 July 1994 and paragraph 2 of article 7 and article 19 which shall come into force as from the date of its publication on the official gazette (30 May 1997).
