Abstract
With this Decree, the Ministerial Joint Decree No. 245100 on the placement of non-organically raised pullets in organic egg production units is amended by adding the paragraphs 3a and 3b, after paragraph 3 in article 4. This article sets forth the conditions for the authorization of the placement of non-organic pullets.

Τροποποίηση της αριθ. 245100/6-2-2006 απόφασης Υπουργών Οικονομίας Οικονομικών και Αγροτικής Ανάπτυξης Τροφίμων «Αναγκαία συμπληρωματικά μέτρα εφαρμογής του Σημείου 3.7, όπως ισχύει, του Μέρους Β του Παραρτήματος Ι του Καν.(ΕΟΚ) 2092/91 του Συμβουλίου, όσον αφορά την κατά παρέκκλιση έγκριση εισαγωγής πουλάδων, σε βιολογική μονάδα παραγωγής αυγών, ηλικίας μέχρι και 18 εβδομάδων που δεν έχουν εκτραφεί βιολογικά.
