Abstract
With the purpose of implementing Council Directive No. 2000/51/EC which amends Council Directive No. 95/31/EC on specific criteria of purity concerning sweeteners for use in foodstuffs, article 69 of the Greek Codex Alimentarius is amended. In the specific, the annex contained in article 69 regarding the E 421 and E 965 food additives is replaced by the one set forth by the present Ministerial Decision.
