Abstract
According to article 1 to the present Decree, maximum levels for spiroxamine residue shall be added to Part A, Annex II of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88. In Part B of Annex II to Presidential Decree No. 497/89 new pesticide residue limits are added according to the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree. The contents of the Table of article 3 to this Decree shall be added to Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95. Article 4 establishes that for those agricultural products, listed in articles 1, 2 and 3 to this Decree, where the maximum residue levels for spiroxamine are indicated as "(p)", this shall mean that they are provisional, in accordance with the provisions of article 4(1)(f) of Presidential Decree No. 115/97. As of 11 January 2005, provisional maximum residue levels for spiroxamine in the Annexes shall cease to be provisional and shall become definitive in the sense of article 5(1) of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88, article 22(1) of Presidential Decree No. 497/89 and Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95.
