Abstract
The present Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Annex to this Decree, so as to include trifloxystrobin, carfentrazone-ethyl, mesotrione, fenamidone and isoxaflutole as active substances contained in plant protection products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2003/68/EC (article 1). Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing 1-methylcyclopropene as active substance by 31 March 2004 (article 2).
