Abstract
The present Decree amends the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 3 to this Decree, so as to include beflubutamid and Spodoptera exigua nuclear polyhedrosis virus as active substances contained in plant protection products, in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2007/50/EC. Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing the afore-mentioned active substances by 31 May 2008 (article 2).
