Abstract
Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/11/EC, provides for the following amendments of the Greek legislative framework regarding MRLs: 1) Part A of Annex II to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended in accordance with the provisions of article 1 to this Decree; 2) Part A of Annex V to Presidential Order No. 115/97 88 is amended in accordance with the provisions of article 2 to this Decree; 3) Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended in accordance with the provisions of article 3 to this Decree.
