Ministerial Joint Decree No. 121621 as regards the maximum pesticide residue levels for etoxazole, indoxacarb, mesosulfuron, 1−methylcyclopropene, MCPA και MCPB, tolylfluanid and triticonazole in and on certain products of plant and animal origin, in compliance with Commission Directive 2007/27/EC.

Maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products intended for human consumption are kept under constant review and changed by the European Community legislation in order to take account of new information and data. The Decree, with the view to give effect to Commission Directive 2007/27/EC, provides for the following amendments to the Greek legislative frame regarding MRLs: 1) Ministerial Joint Decree No. 290341/88 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex II the entries for etoxazole, indoxacarb, mesosulfuron, 1−methylcyclopropene, MCPA και MCPB, tolylfluanid and triticonazoleare added as set out in the Table contained in article 1 to this Decree; 2) Presidential Decree No. 497/89 is amended as follows: in Part A, Annex V the entries for acetamiprid, methoxyfenozide and thiachloprid are added as shown in the Table contained in article 2 to this Decree; 3) Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 is amended as follows: (a) in Annex I, the entry “Brassica spp.” is replaced as shown in article 3 to this Decree; (b) in Annex II the entries for acetamiprid, thiachloprid, imazosulfuron, methoxyfenozide, S−metholachlor, milbemectin and tribenuron are added, as shown in the Table contained in article 3 to this Decree.
