Abstract
The present Decree amends Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97, as laid down in the Table attached to article 3 to this Decree, so as to include oxamyl as active substance contained in plant protection products, in compliance with Commission Directive 2006/16/CE. Where necessary, the competent authority of the Ministry of Development and Food (Directorate for the Protection of Plant Production – Division of Plant Protection Products) shall amend or withdraw existing authorisations for plant protection products containing oxamyl by 31 January 2007 (article 2).
