Abstract
With the present Decree and in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2009/51/EC, the Table contained in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97 is amended, as shown in the Annex attached to article 2 to this Decree, as regards the specification of the active substance nicosulfuron.
