Τροποποίηση του Παραρτήματος Ι του Προεδρικού Διατάγματος αριθ. 115/1997 «Έγκριση, διάθεση στην αγορά και έλεγχος φυτοπροστατευτικών προϊόντων σε συμμόρφωση προς την οδηγία 91/414 του Συμβουλίου, όπως έχει συμπληρωθεί», σε συμμόρφωση προς την Οδηγία 2009/152/ΕΚ της Επιτροπής όσον αφορά τη λήξη της ημερομηνίας για την καταχώρηση της δραστικής ουσίας carbendazim.
