Abstract
With the present Decree and in compliance with the provisions of Commission Directive 2009/153/EC, the Table contained in Annex I to Presidential Order 115/97 is amended (as set out in article 2 hereto) as regards the common name and the purity of the active substance hydrolysed proteins.
