Abstract
Commission Directive 1999/47/EC of of 21 May 1999 adapts for the second time to technical progress Council Directive 94/55/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by road. Under this light, with the present Decree and in compliance with Commission Directive 1999/47/EC, article 8 of Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 (with which Council Directive 94/55/EC was implemented) is hereby replaced (article 3 to the present Decree). Also, Annexes A and B to Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 are amended as established in the present Decree.
