Abstract
With this Decree, paragraph 1 of article 11 to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 282303/2004 is replaced by the following: “1. The local agricultural Services of the Prefectures shall continue to controlling and certifying the agricultural products and foodstuffs that are eligible to state on their labelling PDO-PGI indications as well as the European Community symbol, at the latest up to 31.1.2005, according to the current Community and national legislation”.
