Abstract
Scope of this Decree is to lay down out additional measures for the implementation of Council Regulation (EEC) No 2092/91, as amended and in force by Council Regulation (EEC) No 1804/99. These measures shall apply to producers using the method of organic production for agricultural products. Regulation of matters relative to marketing, labelling, approval, registration and inspection of organic production of agricultural products is set forth by this Decree. Control and supervision shall be co-ordinated by the Ministry of Agriculture. Producers must notify the competent authorities of the Ministry of their intention to operate organic production.
