Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative framework, as regards the transport of dangerous goods by rail, with the provisions Commission Directive 2006/90/EC of 3 November 2006 adapting for the seventh time to technical progress Council Directive 96/49/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by rail (article 1 to the present Decree). With article 2 to this Decree, point a, paragraph 3 to article 8 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. Φ42/18960/1446 is hereby amended. The amendment regards the replacement of Annex I with the one laid down in this Decree.
