Abstract
This Decree approves the Decision by the Supreme Council of Chemistry by which article 32, Part B of the Food Code is amended, according to Commission Directive 2001/50/EC amending Directive 95/45/EC laying down specific purity criteria concerning colours for use in foodstuffs. More specifically, the purity criteria concerning the colour E160a mixed carotenes are hereby replaced with those included in the text of the present Decree.
