Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative frame with the provisions of Commission Directive 2001/7/EC of 29 January 2001 adapting for the third time to technical progress Council Directive 94/55/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by road. Therefore, Annexes A and B to Presidential Decree No. 104/1999 (with which Council Directive 94/55/EC was implemented) are replaced by the Annexes (A and B) attached to this Decree.
