Abstract
Pursuant to Commission Directive 2004/16/EC laying down the sampling methods and the methods of analysis for the official control of the levels of tin in canned foods, the present Decree, consisting of two articles and two Annexes, prescribes that the sampling for the official control of the levels of tin in foodstuffs shall comply with those of Annex I to this Decree (article 1). Also, sample preparation and methods of analyses used for the official control of the levels of tin in foodstuffs are prescribed in Annex II to this Decree (article 2).
