Ministerial Joint Decree No. 652/2000 amending Ministerial Joint Decree No. 378/94 in compliance with Commission Directive 98/98/EC adapting to technical progress for the 25th time Council Directive 67/548/EEC on the approximation of the laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances.

Aim of this Decree is the transposition into the national legislation and implementation of the provisions of Commission Directive 98/98/EC relating to the classification, packaging and labelling of dangerous substances. Directive 98/98/EC adapts to technical progress Council Directive 67/548/EEC, which has been implemented and incorporated into the Greek legislative frame with Ministerial Joint Decree No. 378/94. Under this light, the Annexes to Decree No. 378/94 are hereby amended, in compliance with Directive 98/98/EC, as follows: 1) Annex I: (a) the text in Annex 1A to the present Decree replaces the corresponding text in the Foreword; (b) the entries in Annex 1B to this Decree replace the corresponding entries; (c) the entries in Annex 1C to this Decree are inserted; (d) the entries in Annex 1D to this Decree are deleted. 2) Annex 2 to this Decree is inserted in Annex III. 3) Annex IV is amended as follows: (a) the phrases in Annex 3A to this Decree replace the corresponding phrases; (b) the phrases in Annex 3B to this Decree are inserted; (c) the combined phrases in Annex 3C to this Decree are inserted. 4) Annex VI is amended as set out in Annex 4 to this Decree.
