With the present Decree, the Table in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115/97 shall be amended to include the entry in respect of DPX KE 459 (flupyrsulfuron-methyl) as set out in the Annex hereto. The review report for this substance (except for confidential information within the meaning of article 14 of Presidential Decree No. 115/1997) shall be available for consultation by any interested parties or shall make it available to them on specific request.
