Abstract
With the present Decree, the Table contained in Annex I to Presidential Order No. 115/97 shall be amended to include the entry in respect of Paecilomyces fumosoroseus (Apopka strain 97, PFR 97 or CG 170, ATCC20874) as set out in the Annex hereto. The review report for this substance (except for confidential information within the meaning of article 14 of Presidential Decree No. 115/1997) shall be available for consultation by any interested parties or shall make it available to them on specific request.
