Abstract
The pesticide residue for fluroxypyr specified in article 1 to this Decree and the maximum level established therein shall be added in Part A, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88. Also, a maximum level of fluroxypyr residue is added to part B, Annex II to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. In Annex II to Decree No. 352654/95 the column headed ‘Fluroxypyr including its esters expressed as fluroxypyr’, set out in the Table included in article 3 to this Decree, is added.
