Ministerial Joint Decree No. 94074 establishing maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on cereals and certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables respectively, in compliance with Council Directive 2000/58/EC.

This Decree, in accordance with the provisions of Council Directive 2000/58/EC, amends Annex II, Part A to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 as regards the fixing of maximum levels for pesticide residues in and on certain products of plant origin. More specifically, with article 1 to this Decree, the maximum level for kresoxim methyl is added. Article 2 to this Decree adds maximum levels for pesticide residues to those already listed in Annex V, Part A to Presidential Decree No. 497/89. Article 3 provides for the addition of maximum residue limits to Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95. Article 4 establishes that where the maximum residue levels for kresoxim methyl are indicated as "(p)", this means that they are provisional, in accordance with the provisions of Article 4(1)(f) of Presidential Decree No. 115/97. As from 19 October 2004, provisional maximum residue levels for kresoxim methyl in the Annexes cease to be provisional and become definitive in the sense of article 4(1) of Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88, article 22(1) of Presidential Decree No. 497/89 and article 3 of Ministerial Joint Decree No. 352654/95.
