Abstract
In implementation of article 1 of Council 2002/97/EC, Annex II to Ministerial Decree No. 290341/88 is hereby completed by including new maximum levels for pesticide residues (2,4-D, triasulfuron and thifensulfuron methyl) in and on cereals. Also, in Annex V, Part B of II of Presidential Decree No. 497/89 new maximum pesticide levels are added as laid down in article 2 to this Decree. In Annex II of Ministerial Decree No. 352654/95 are added new maximum levels for the afore-mentioned pesticides in and on certain products of plant origin, including fruit and vegetables (article 3).
