Abstract
The purpose of this Decree is to adapt the Greek legislative framework, as regards the transport of dangerous goods by rail, with the provisions Commission Directive 2000/62/EC of 10 October 2000 amending Council Directive 96/49/EC on the approximation of the laws of the Member States with regard to the transport of dangerous goods by rail. The Decree, in compliance with the afore-mentioned Directive, provides for a series of text amendments to article 6 to Decree No. F42/18960/1446. Also, it adds up two new paragraphs (9 and 10) to the same article.
