Abstract
The Decree adds up the new article 9 “final provisions” to Ministerial Joint Decree No. 35043/2524 and enumerates previous articles 9 and 10 as 10 and 11 respectively. The new article establishes the competent authority referred to the ADR text (Directive 2008/68/EK) and regulates the procedural particulars concerning the education, examination, certification, renewal and extension of the certificate to operate of expert Advisers as regards the safe transport of dangerous goods.
