Abstract
With this Decree are adopted the amendments made to the Annex of the Protocol of 1978 relating to the international Convention of 1973 for the prevention of pollution from ships. More specifically, with the Resolution MEPC.3.4(27) by the marine environment protection Committee of the International Maritime Organization, which has been adopted on 17 March 1989, the lists of substances carried in bulk by ships contained in Appendices II and III of Annex II of the MARPOL 73/78 Convention are replaced. The Annex to this Decree lists down the dangerous liquid substances (Appendix II) and other liquid substances (Appendices III) carried in bulk.
