Abstract
The aim of this Decree is to adopt the Greek legislative frame to the provisions of Commission Directive 2010/68/EU, as this has been amended and in force. Previous amendments have been incorporated into the Greek legislation with Presidential Decrees Nos. 158/1999, 137/2002, 294/2003, 194/2009 and 39/2010. The present Decree implements the two articles of the Directive as regards the updating of the standards applicable to a number of items of marine equipment and the replacement of the Annex to Presidential Decree No. 347/98 with the Annex attached hereto.
