Abstract
This Decree, in compliance with Council Directive 93/120/EEC, 91/494/EEC (article 19, paragraph 2) and 92/65/EEC (article 7b), amends certain provisions of Presidential Decree No. 211 laying down animal health conditions governing intra-Community trade and imports from third countries of poultry and hatching eggs. More specifically, hatching eggs, day-old chicks, breeding poultry and productive poultry must satisfy the conditions laid down to this Decree. Also, vaccinations have to be performed in accordance with the vaccination conditions laid down in Annex III to the present Decree. Other conditions as regards transport and storage of poultry are set forth to this Decree.
