Abstract
In compliance with the provisions of Directive 2008/97/EC, this Decree aims at prohibiting the use of certain substances having a hormonal or thyrostatic action and of -agonists in stock farming and to replacing the text of Annex VI, which lays down the list of prohibited substances. Thus, article 2 (paragraph 2, point b), article 3, article 5 (paragraph 2, point i), article 12 (paragraph 1) are hereby replaced while article 6a is abrogated.
