Abstract
This Decree replaces the provisions of article 3 to Presidential Decree No. 479/84 regarding the terms and conditions with which the inspections of ships are taking place. The new article establishes a number of surveys that ships have to undergo obligatorily and also sets forth the competent authorities for performing and certifying such inspections.
