Abstract
The Decree adopts, in accordance with article 16(2)(d) of the 1973 Convention and as laid down in the Resolution 193(61) (of 1 October 2010) of the Marine Environment Protection Committee, the amendments to Annex III of the MARPOL 73/78, the text of which is set out in the text of the present Decree.
