Abstract
This Order replaces article 11 of Royal Order of 23/03/1953, as amended by article 1 of Presidential Order No. 224/1991. The amendment regards prohibitions on the use of round nets (so called "gri-gri") during day and night-time in general and also within specific marine areas. This Order also amends paragraph 3 of article 5 of Presidential Order No. 189/1978. This paragraph was added by article 2 of Presidential Order No. 224/1991. The amendment deals with the closed season in which the catch of anchovies is prohibited.
