Presidential Order No. 332 establishing protective measures against the introduction into the country of harmful organisms of plants or plant products in compliance with Council Directive 77/93/EEC of 21 December 1976.

With this Order are established all the protective measures against the introduction into the country from other Member States or non-member countries of organisms which are harmful to plants or plant products. All plants or plant products being imported shall be subject to examination laid down in Article 6, and if the conditions therein are fulfilled, a phytosanitary certificate shall be issued.
