Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the need to implement measures aimed at ensuring the harmonization of criteria for calculating fishing licence fees, as well as combating illegal fishing and guaranteeing greater transparency in the administrative procedures for assessing and applying sanctions for fishing infractions.
