Abstract
This Decree-Law amends Law No. 2/82 on liquid and gas hydrocarbons research and exploitation. Amendments deal with the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform exploitation and research of liquid and gas hydrocarbons, as well as the fiscal regime of such activities carried out within the National territory, on the continental shelf or the Exclusive Economic Zone of Guinea-Bissau.
