Abstract
This Law, consisting of 7 Titles, establishes liquid and gas hydrocarbons research and exploitation. It specifies the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform exploitation, research, liquid and gas hydrocarbons. Titles are divided as follows: Hydrocarbon deposits characteristics (Title I); Liquid and gas hydrocarbons research (Title II); liquid and gas hydrocarbons exploitation (Title III); Exploitation rights (Title IV); Final provisions (Title V); Controls, offences and penalties (Title VI); Final provisions (Title VII).
