Abstract
This Decree creates the National Conference on the Environment, with the character of a "Forum" for reflection at the level of civil society, whose organization and functioning will be the subject of a Decree to be approved within a period of 30 days. In addition, it extinguishes the National Council for the Environment, created by Decree No. 24/92 of 23 March.
