Decree No. 14-A/86 creating and approving the Statute of the Oil exploitation company PETROGUIN.

This Decree creates and approves the Statute of the Oil Research and Exploitation Company PETROGUIN. This Statute, consisting of 5 Chapters and divided in 38 articles, extinguishes the National Company for Oil and Mineral Research and Exploitation, called PETROMINAS. This Statute establishes composition, duties and competencies of PETROGUIN, entitled to carry out the following activities related to oil exploitation sector: research, production, processing, refining, storing, transport and supply oil and hydrocarbon products within the National territory.
