Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 8 articles, establishes the liberalization for import, supply and trade of petroleum products and sub-products. It states the requirements to be satisfied in order to perform the above mentioned activities, which will be regulated and authorised through licensing issued by the Ministry of Natural Resources. Any activity related to this sector can be performed only if the requirements are satisfied and the company is previously authorised and licensed by the ministerial authority.
