Abstract
These Regulations make provision for the cutting and removal of forest produce of state forests, the conveyance of timber, the protection of trees and licences for the establishment as sawmiller or timber dealer.
The 39 regulations are placed under 8 Headings: Royalty (reg. 2); Permits and Leases (regs. 3-10); Transfer of Titles (regs. 11-15); Felling Limits and Protected Trees (regs. 16-18); Conveyance of Forest Produce (regs. 19-25); Sawmillers and Timber Dealers (regs. 26-30); Measurement of Logs for Purposes of Royalty (regs. 31-34); Miscellaneous (regs. 35-39).
