Abstract
These Regulations prescribe rules for navigation and other activities of vessels in harbours. The 54 regulations are divided into 5 Parts: arrivals of vessels (regs. 3-4); Control, Mooring, etc. of vessels after arrival (regs. 5-25); Pilots, apprentices and lighthouses (regs. 26-50); Surveys, etc. (regs. 51-52); legal and other procedures (regs. 53-45).
Regulation 18 and 20 concern pollution of harbour waters. Offences of pilots are specified in regulation 37. Pilots shall be licensed in accordance with regulations 43 to 45. (Completed by one Schedule)
