Abstract
Regulation 80 of the Principal Regulations is amended as "A person shall not handle or apply restricted pesticides unless he has been suitably trained and is certified by the Board as a commercial applicator." The First and Second Schedules to the Principal Regulations are repealed. Moreover, the Third Schedule to the Principal Regulations regarding fee structure for pesticides and toxic chemicals is amended and new Schedule is annexed to the Regulations.
