Abstract
This Act amends various provisions of the consolidated version of the Marine Fisheries Act (Official Gazette 74/1994, 57/1996, 46/1997 and 76/1999).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, general standards and marine fisheries provisions, technical adjustments of certain aspect, fishing licence and fishing permit authorization requirements, fees and charges including the related standards and mandatory data collection/reporting to the competent authorities, and offences and penalties.
