Abstract
In the Waste Act (Official Gazette No 178/2004) various provisions and articles (3, 9, 10, 11, 17, 18, 19, 27, 28, 29, 33, 36, 37, 39, 40, 41, 44, 48, 50, 71, 72, 74, 88, 89, 90, 91, 92, 104) are amended and modified by this Act (Official Gazette No 111/2006).

This Act enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Notes
On the day this Act enters into force, the Regulation on Amendments to the Waste Act (Official Gazette No. 153/05) shall cease to apply.
