Abstract
This Regulation permits the use of three-fold net (for plaice fish) in internal waters of Croatia from 1 September to 31 May. In external waters of Croatia the use of three-fold net is permitted during all year, except from 1 June to 31 August when the fishing is not permitted within one nautical mile from the coastline.
