Abstract
This Decision is related to various legal aspect that are defined and judged by the Croatian Constitutional Court (on 29 May 2012) and closely regarding the fees and administrative issues that were introduced into the Croatian legal system inside the amending provisions to the Forest Law (Official Gazette 82/2006, 129/2008, 80/2010 and 124/2010).
