Decision adopting amendments to the Guarantee Programme "PLUS".

This Decision adopts the amendments to the Decision on the adoption of the Guarantee Programme "PLUS" (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Croatia 45/2019). Changes are related to the extension of the validity until 31 December 2023. In the item "Programme conditions", measure C - Purchase of business shares is deleted; also contents of “Other provisions” section is here amended. Requests under this Programme received before the date of entry into force of this amending Decision shall be processed under the conditions from the Programme in force on the day of their receipt.
