Abstract
This Decision, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on small business encouragement, adopts the "PLUS" Guarantee Programme. The Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment within this Guarantee Programme "PLUS" issues guarantees to cover part of the principal of loans or leasing to small businesses that operate successfully. All small business entities must meet the requirements of this Programme. The goal of the Programme is to encourage the activities of financial institutions, i.e. to facilitate access to finance for micro, small and medium-sized small businesses that invest in eligible activities. In the implementation of this Programme, Croatian Agency for Small Business, Innovation and Investment cooperates with commercial banks and other financial institutions.
